Football & Cheerleading 2009 Season Registration
Registration will be held at:
Peotone High School Commons, 605 W. North St, Peotone, Illinois
Monday, May 4, 2009 6:30 – 8:30pm
Wednesday, May 6, 2009 6:30 - 8:30pm
Monday, May 11, 2009 6:30 – 8:30pm
Participants are limited to children 6 years to 14 years of age.
Students in High School are not eligible to play.
Players are required to bring 2 copies of their Birth Certificate.
Football players registration fee $175.00
Cheerleaders registration fee $150.00
Volunteer fee $50.00
(Checks will not be cashed unless volunteer hours are not completed)
